Job Description

As a member of the Application Debugger team, you will be responsible for the quality assurance & continuous integration of software tools used for application debugging. These software tools are used on Intel next generation hardware ranging from IoT to Enterprise Servers.

You will:

·  Be responsible with the software testing and test automation.
·  Develop, modify and execute software test plans
·  Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures and recommends corrective action.
·  Consults with software development engineers in resolution of problems.
·  Be responsible for the test system development and automation
·  Administrate a continuous integration CI pool based on Jenkins
·  Monitor & improve usage, load, and performance of the CI pool
·  Research, recommend, and implement enhancements that will improve the CI pool's usability, reliability, and performance
·  Setup and maintain HW/SW systems by setting up production and pre-production HW
·  Install production and Beta operating systems including Windows, Linux and MacOS, and/or SW development tools on HW and VMs
·  Collaborate with the software development team on a daily basis

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
·  Experience in software validation and testing
·  Experience using defect management tools and processes
·  Expertise in Continuous Integration CI processes and tools, best with Jenkins
·  Strong experience with scripting languages, best with Python
·  System administration experience under Linux, Windows and MacOS
·  Experience in setup of HW NUC, desktops, servers
·  Excellent verbal & written English communication skills, especially in the software domain
