We as part of Wireless Connectivity Validation group are looking for excellent team leaders to join us and contribute to the success of our wireless connectivity solutions Job Description: Leading a team of system integration and validation engineers, in charge of wireless connectivity product validation strategy, integrations, test development and execution to ensure the quality of Intel products.Manage risk, produce validation plans and reports, meet schedules, standards, and cost. Provides guidance on employee development, performance and productivity issues. Proactively contribute to development of best in class wireless connectivity solutions.

Proven leadership abilities, decision makingOrganized, motivated and driving for results.Excellent problem solving skills and communications skills and ability to manage customers' interaction.Strong mentoring/coaching skillsAbility to lead under deadline pressureExperience in wireless communication system testing, from definition, implementation through testing. 3+ years of experience in team management.B.Sc / M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or SW Engineering.Broad Knowledge in Wireless Technologies WiFi, BT, WiGig, GNSS, LTE Knowledge in communication systems architectureExperience in multi com system integration Platform, SW, HW Knowledge in Windows and Linux based systems and products. Android and Chrome OSs - an advantage Experience with test equipment Knowledge with security development cyclesExperience in project management in addition - advantage. Job location - Jer. Flexible to travel between Intel sites: Jerusalem, Petach-Tikva and Haifa
