This contract position requires an organized individual with strong Excel skills to provide high-quality administrative support in a fast paced environment with extensive interaction across Intel globally. The role supports the Human Resources Global Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for all hiring across Intel, with the primary responsibility of the role being to manage hiring control processes for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attention to detail, adherence to established processes, and the ability to interact and communicate easily with many different personalities across different countries and cultures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

·  3+ years of administrative experience working directly with Excel and SharePoint.
·  Strong Excel knowledge is a must.

·  Microsoft office proficiency
·  Ability to collaborate with other team members and adjust dynamically to changing situations.
·  Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
·  Strong attention to detail and following tasks through to completion.
·  Positive energy, enthusiasm and critical thinking.
