Job Purpose:Management and distribution of authorized customer pricing within Altera's direct and channel supported networks, whilst validating all the information provided has traceability to an approved customer price agreement, thus ensuring alignment to Altera's financial strategy and SOX requirements Key Accountabilities:Issue Distributor Price Authorization DPAs to support payment to our distribution partner for delivery of Altera solutions to our customers Ensure all authorized DPAs are issued in accordance with the current Distribution Margin Plans and in compliance with relevant Sarbanes Oxley requirements and guidelinesMaintain DPA amendments in accordance with Altera's most recent Pricing Polices Manage DPA related claim queries from our channel partners through to resolution, in conjunction with the relevant Altera departmentsManage Contract Manufacturing Quotes CM-Quotes for assigned regions and distributors, ensuring all required information and traceability to the approved customer price agreement is in placeEnsure all individual CM-Quotes are approved by the relevant signature authority and in accordance with the current Distribution Margin Plans and business guidelinesWork with the responsible Customer Marketing Manager to resolve in a timely and efficient manner any pricing related queries with CM-Quotes Support MSVP Market Segment value Pricing/Expedite quote approvals for assigned regions and distributorsManage price verification and SAP contract uploads processes in support of Altera's direct customer engagement modelsAdminister assigned customer pricing agreements throughout the validity periodDevelop a working relationship with your assigned regions and Distributors, ensuring that all relevant parties and kept updated and trained on business operations activities
