As Business HR team we partner the business on daily basis cooperating closely with leaders and managers, consulting employees and together with other HR functions deploying projects that make Intel the best place to work.

Job description:

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting locally as well as virtually. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Daily HR support to the Business that eg. integration of new employees, designing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee relations issues,

- Support to the Business HR team, including running reports, preparing documents, data and materials and organizing meetings for HR team per needs,

- Development programs implementation in support of Business goals.

Desired profile

What we look for:

You need be an active student of third or fourth year of a Master's degree or first year Ph.D. university studies, preferably in HR area
Additional qualifications include:

- Demonstrated HR knowledge
- Effective communication in English and Polish verbally / in written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office
- Ability to work 3-4 days a week
