As a Project Business Analyst you will play a key role in the change projects defined in the domain of Lending and Insurance

And you also have …   
- Master degree in economics/finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a process analysis or in a project environment
- Experience with the domain of Insurance
- Professional experience with project management methodologies is an advantage (eg Prince II, Agile)
- Fluent in at least French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language + you have a fluent level in English

Tasks and Responsibilities
The business analyst will be responsible for definition of the scope of projects (and sub-projects) in the Insurance domain in line with the Agile project life-cycle of ING.
·  Evaluates, details and translates the needs for reports, data, functionalities and process changes into a set of detailed and logical structured requirements, understandable for all stakeholders (managers, ITS, operational value chains) as a basis for solution building and implementation Collection of the business requirements
·  Executes gap and impact analysis
·  Communicates deliverables
·  Delivers High Level Process descriptions
·  Understands the Business aspects/flows/processes that will be developed.
·  Understands the existing organisation of front, mid & back-office.
·  Maps all the tools used to support the Banking activities.
·  Support & align with other teams (Business, IT, OPS, UAT), define necessary “Request For Change” raised from Business propositions
·  Tests the final results before implementation
