The Agile Coach role at ING is all about coaching and enabling the entire organization into Agile. We are building an environment where continuous improvement is the focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver and maintain outstanding software as fast as possible.

We are looking for a great Agile Coach to coach and enable our teams to work efficiently and smart together. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled teams in a fast moving environment. 

As an Agile Coach at ING you are passionate about communication, group dynamics, coaching and craftsmanship and you are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from your teams.

You should have an insatiable appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones. If you’re the right one for us, you pay attention to details and take great pride in your work.

The Agile Coach is:
·  Someone who appreciates the depths of agile practices and principles and can help teams appreciate them, too
·  Someone who has faced the big dragons, organizational impediments, and has become a coach to managers and other outsiders in the course of addressing them
·  Someone who can help management at all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of working agile
·  Someone who has brought the ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, and more, to help the team become a high-performance team
Your Day-to-Day
·  Contribute to building an environment where continuous improvement of the development and maintenance process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible
·  Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching, deliver trainings, facilitate workshops and offsites.
·  Coach teams through tough challenges, and empower them to reach their potential.
·  Notice trends and act as an advisor with management, while maintaining a safe coaching environment.
·  Actively try to identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient
·  Act as an Agile promoter through the entire organization
What you bring to the team
You:
·  have at least 2 years’ experience working as an Agile Coach.
·  have experience facilitating teams working within software development.
·  have experience in a Software development role is a plus
·  have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching
·  are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from your team
·  care about learning new things and improving existing challenges
·  have experience with team and individual coaching.
·  have outstanding facilitation skills.
·  are flexible and embrace change.
·  presentation and persuasion skills.
·  have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
·  proactively take initiative and are able to multi-task and prioritize.
·  have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
·  have Excellent written and spoken English skills
