Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

The qualified candidate will be based in Guangzhou and will be responsible for all the facets of the recruiting life cycle including but not limited to planning, sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, close/negotiation activities and orientation/on-boarding for retail positions.

The role acts as the subject matter expert in staffing-related issues and partners with hiring managers and respective HRBP to ensure high quality candidates and new hires.

·  Partner with talent acquisition teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches through direct participation

·  Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and foster relationship with high potential candidates for future opportunities

·  Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company

·  Initiate, develop and implement special projects/recruiting initiatives and suggest improvements and new ideas

·  Involve Campus recruitment project

·  Keep partners informed in a proactive manner

·  Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process

REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor degree in related field

·  Min 3 years' experience in recruitment preferably in fashion or retail sectors

·  Fluent in English

·  Must have excellent inter-personal, communication and organizational skills

·  Understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes

·  Must be able to perform within a fast paced environment handling mass recruitment processes

·  Store experience in sales floor will be valuable
