Store HR generalist – Goyang store

·  Working condition : Shift schedule include weekend/holidays ABOUT THE JOB
Your most important task is to be a strong contributor to the unit managers and co-workers, provide HR subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are locally put into practice and actions in the most effective and efficient way in order to contribute to a successful meeting with our co-workers and customers.
You will take ownership for one HR area of expertise: Leadership & Competence or Talent Management incl. Recruitment and Succession, Co-workers Relations or Internal Communication and Engagement.
You will act in a business partner capacity to line managers and you will be part of the store HR team.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

·  Responsible to take the ownership to lead, drive and secure all related tasks to one HR area of experience, tasks will be shared in the recruitment process.
·  Contribute to the development and operational implementation of local HR and business action plans
·  Contribute to that IKEA is locally known as a great place to work and positioned as the preferred employer
·  Implement and follow up on the activities identified to develop IKEA as a local employer
·  Ensure all HR work reflect a local employer communication that is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand (internal and external)
·  Secure the IKEA Culture and Values is strong and living and supported through the competence agenda YOUR PROFILE

·  You have an understanding HR work scope, HR experience and knowledge in the Internal Communication and Engagement fields are preferred.
·  You are curious about culture and value within IKEA
·  You have passion for People and home furnishing and life at home
·  You have strong communication skills, co-ordination and organizations skills
·  You are self-motivated taking responsibility and initiatives
·  You have ability to translate business needs into solutions and actions
·  You have strong proficiency in MS Office applications and fluent in English and Korean We work on weekends and public holidays. We have flexible working hours with different shifts.
