About you
We believe that you have passion for architecture and how the solutions work together. It is important that you have systematic thinking, understanding the actual technology and also the dependencies to other systems. You know how to take a holistic approach to the business demands and the architecture that you create to fulfil the business requirements. Your communication skills are very strong and you are used to communicate with leadership teams and technical and non-technical teams.

You enjoy a dynamic working environment with constant high pace changes that move and develop our businesses and people forward.You have the ability and willingness to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies and turn those into the solutions. You also have:
·  The ability to understand business strategies and strongly consider architecture principles in solution architectures.
·  Skills in how to ensure the viability of architecture and to outline the realization approach through the project.
·  Knowledge about SAP HCM / ADP GlobalView is beneficial.

You will be a part of the solution area HR operations. We work with global solutions within Payroll, Personal Administration, Mobility and Compensation & Benefits. As Solution Architect you will work with roll-out projects and also new development areas such as automation and robotics.
About the assignment
As Solution Architect you support the portfolio plan and work closely with Solution Owners and Business Analysts. You find solutions to change requests and do specifications to our vendor. You quality assure the deliverables from the vendor. You manage efficient ways of working and collaboration with stakeholders and you interact with suppliers in operational and tactical matters.

You will also:
·  Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements to create and shape ideas into current state, future state and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of business solutions.
·  Lead solution activities within the domain, establish solution/infrastructure design in accordance to the architecture and provide technology advice.
·  Provide expertise for roadmaps, pre-studies and in design workshops within projects/programs.
·  Govern that the design of the systems/integration/infrastructure conforms to the solution architecture and is efficient, meet business requirements and is based on a holistic architecture.
·  Perform solution, system and infrastructure design reviews to support running business, provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition. This position is located in Hofheim-Diedenbergen, Germany or Malmö, Sweden.
