About you

Previous experience from ITIL, service management and stakeholder management is an advantage. If you have general knowledge of hardware and have worked with architecture, large scale solutions or are familiar with Remedy, CMDB, Discovery and monitoring solutions it is an advantage. You do not need to have knowledge in all areas, we will give you the possibility to learn and grow into the position!
About the assignment
As an Infrastructure Solution Area Designer you will be overall responsible for the design of our IT Service Management BMC product suite. You will use IT Architecture descriptions e.g. blueprints as a base for design. You shall secure that the Architectural guidelines are followed and plan the Life Cycle Management activities in the area of BMC products together with the Product Specialists.
About the job
You identify IT requirements for the products and secure that the design is made accordingly to the requirements. You coordinate the design of solutions from a holistic point of view and according to process dependencies. You lead Product Specialists, support Infrastructure Managers (Team Managers) and IT Architects in their work and you support Process Leads to understand tool dependencies.
