IKEA Wrocław store is currently looking for

HR Generalist

Your profile:

·  At least 2 years of HR related experience,
·  Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently,
·  Quick learner who is easily able to adapt to changing demands,
·  Good knowledge of Polish labour law,
·  Good analytical and numerical skills - knowledge of HR systems would be an asset,
·  Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing,
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish,
·  Willing to develop and prepare to take future challenges in other locations in Poland.
Your assignment:

·  Provide HR support and advice to co-workers and managers,
·  Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan,
·  Support the work on local leadership capabilities by coordination of training and development activities,
·  Conducting the recruitment processes regarding to local recruitment strategy,
·  Contribute to the positioning of IKEA as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer,
·  Support for HR Administrator: prepare and maintain employee documentation, prepare HR reports, provide payroll data to external provider.
