ABOUT THE JOB An IKEA co-worker's main task is to maximise sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility using knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market conditions and the needs of customers. No other position in the IKEA store is more hands-on in terms of customer contact. Together with thousands of colleagues around the world you will help to ensure the continued global success of the IKEA Concept – a concept that serves millions of satisfied customers each day.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
· Drive sales to achieve individual sales target
· Handle key accounts management as assigned by manager
· Provide clients with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with customer's preference and project budget
· Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
· Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
· Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in timely manner
· Provide weekly projects pipelines update to manager
· Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all major developer and corporate clients
· Control vendor on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer satisfactory YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· Interior Design experience with proven ability to visually express the brand identity of a company in a fast-paced environment
· Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications
· Ability in planning, implementing the range and sharing/learning knowledge
· Minimum 3 years experiences in a project sale (furniture business) / Interior design and having relation-ship with Real estate developer, major hotels, corporate offices or project sales and designing firms key people
· Good customer service and selling skills are preferred
