The programme
During the year you will train in readiness to take on a specific role within our organization. By focusing on your personal development and leadership as well as gaining in-depth knowledge of IKEA through trainings in the programme, we believe you will get the right preconditions to develop in your assignment and future career at IKEA IT. Beyond the support from the programme you will have a manager, HR manager and mentor to support you in your development.

About the job – Test Manager

As Test Manager, you will be responsible for IKEA verification and validation activities within the assigned area or project; including managing the test team, planning and controlling the acceptance test effort, as well as evaluating and reporting the result. The Test Manager supports IT service and project to deliver releases with high quality by steer, measure and follow up on KPI's to verify that stated acceptance criteria and quality goals are fulfilled.

In this role you are an important representative for TestCenter, meeting our consumers every day.

You will be part of a team that is distributed in Helsingborg, Älmhult, Dortmund and Wallau but the placement will be in Helsingborg.

You have:
·  a relevant university degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge
·  at least one year's working experience
·  a fluent command of English, spoken and written
Start of employment will be in agreement with recruiting manager.
The programme starts in September 2017.
