The programme
During the year you will train in readiness to take on a specific role within our organization. By focusing on your personal development and leadership as well as gaining in-depth knowledge of IKEA through trainings in the programme, we believe you will get the right preconditions to develop in your assignment and future career at IKEA IT.
Beyond the support from the programme you will have a manager, HR manager and mentor to support you in your development.

About the job – Business Analyst

You will be working in the area of IT Infrastructure & Integration and will be part of a team who are responsible for delivering solutions within the areas of IT Infrastructure & Integration (Technology) supporting the whole Application Landscape.

As Business Solution analyst you are mixing your ability to understand business needs with technical skills to fulfil your assignment. You handle the interaction with business development projects and technology teams acting as the bridge in between.

Your main responsibilities will be:
·  Requirements Management & Solution Evaluation
·  Identify improvements by elicit, analyse, challenge and document all stakeholder needs and detailed business requirements. (e.g. business requirements, user cases, user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria, boundary conditions)
·  Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks.
·  Support solution evaluation with identified business requirements.
·  Contribute to the creation of solution documentation & training in co-operation with process/business teams and IT vendors.
The position is placed in Helsingborg.

You have:
·  a relevant university degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge
·  at least one year's working experience
·  a fluent command of English, spoken and written
Start of employment will be in agreement with recruiting manager.
The programme starts in September 2017.
