The programme
During the year you will train in readiness to take on a specific role within our organization. By focusing on your personal development and leadership as well as gaining in-depth knowledge of IKEA through trainings in the programme, we believe you will get the right preconditions to develop in your assignment and future career at IKEA IT.
Beyond the support from the programme you will have a manager, HR manager and mentor to support you in your development.

About the job – Assistant to IT Matrix Manager
The job entails to support the IT Matrix and Country IT organisation by acting as the central contact point for projects and activities. This translates in to two main areas of responsibility, active communication and structured administration. You will manage the associated administration in keeping a project overview including investment needs locally, support needs locally and globally for the identified projects/activities. You will be working with and towards project/activity leaders in IKEA IT globally as well as the Management team.

Since this is a new role the candidate will have the opportunity to drive the set-up of the processes related to both administration and communication with strong support from both the IT Matrix and IT Service Desk Management team.

The position is placed in Helsingborg.

Start of employment will be in agreement with recruiting manager.
The programme starts in September 2017.
