About the job
The Digital Specialist within Site Management plays an important role in our global digital operation by being the bridge between the IT solution and the business users. The Digital Specialist performs global site management and provide business support in order to secure that the delivered global services are understood, used and operated in an optimal way.

About you
As a Digital Specialist you have experience and interest in interaction design, user experience and web technology. You thrive by delivering first class user experience and supporting colleagues and solving problems.
Furthermore we see that you have the following:
·  Experience in digital tools, such as CMS, PIM and Analytics tools
·  Experience in managing digital solutions
·  Experience in editing and optimising websites (both content/media and product data)
·  Ability to be fast and accurate in entering new information into the system. We also see that you have the ability to explain and train people in use of the business tools (e.g. CMS). You are inspired by working in a fast paced and complex environment and get your energy by contributing to overall success and results.

About the assignment
As a Digital Specialist with Site Management focus you will lead the work with the global master site and keep it as new in shape. You are the business owner of one or several business tools and drive continues improvement of the tools and the optimisation of how it is used, including being in contact with IKEA IT as well as external suppliers. Your main tasks will include, but not be limited to;

·  Perform a global site management (range, content and configuration)
·  Act as super-user for the business tools and support our business users in how they use the tools in an optimal way
·  Continuously follow up and take lead in improving and automating how we operate our websites
·  Provide operational aspect to development activities and participate in verification and rollout activities

The positions are permanent as a starting point but we are open for a 1-3 year temporary ICA for the internal IKEA Group co-worker as an alternative. The aim is to start as soon as possible the role holder should be prepared to normally work from our office "Hubhult" in Malmö at least a couple of days per week and, when applicable, from a local site during the rest of the time.
