About the job (your work & tasks) :
The Web, Ecommerce & Digital Channel leads the operation and development of IKEA.com, creating an outstanding digital experience.
Together we will measure the performance of digital channels by defining, developing and delivering reports and analysis that enables tactical and operation business improvements and decisions. Our aim is to provide insights for understanding our customers' behaviours on the digital channels, helping their further developments.

More information about your tasks:
The Digital Performance Analyst will continuously identify opportunities and make ecommendations to improve the effectiveness of our digital channels by drilling into data in order to support sales, profitability and conversion rates.

Key assignment tasks are to:

·  Collaborate across the organisation to define and develop reporting and analysis, based on KPIs, in order to optimise digital channel content and functionality
·  Ensure that campaigns are tracked in line with best practice and collaboration with marketing department, to allow holistic follow-up and optimisation
·  Close collaboration with business and market intelligence, to help integrate digital channels data with other channels to allow comprehensive business insight across multiple channels and media
It is essentials that:
We see that your natural interest in analysing challenging data sets will help on the journey to transform IKEA into the world's leading multichannel home furnishing retailer. You have a deep understanding of digital analysis and ability to understand and work with large volumes of data. Furthermore, we believe that you have the following in order to succeed:

·  Expert level of handling Adobe Omniture System is a must
·  Ability to make complex data driven insights to simple actions
·  Detailed oriented with strong mathematical, analytical and reporting capabilities
·  Experience from working together with digital and analytics stakeholders/agencies on delivering results.
We also see that have experience from setting up and running reporting and analytics in a digital environment, in English when required. You are inspired by working together in a fast paced and complex environment and follow trends about digital best practices, tools and methods.
