Come to help us to fulfil the demands of customers and make history together in AP on customer distribution!
CDOS team is responsible for maintaining an efficient replenishment of CDC/CPUs, controlling the Range-set up, monitoring the order flow and securing a qualitative information flow to concerned parties, we are going to run customer distribution in 5 AP markets(CN/JP/SKr/AU/IN)
Your assignment
• Lead the work within the region and support global to continuously improve solutions / systems with the aim to increase efficiency, lower costs and improve customer availability
• Be responsible for organizing and leading trainings for solutions/systems to build up skills and knowledge within the team and secure 2nd level support
• Work together with the Solution owner or the relevant person on new system implementations (e.g. Business Acceptance Test, Pilot, Rollout)
• Support and secure together with the Process Expert a successful implementation of process improvement initiatives
You need to have:
• 3-5 years' experience within IKEA with proven in depth understanding of solutions/systems and relevant processes and working methods
• Proven computer knowledge such as Access, Excel, Power Point, Cognos
• Be a dynamic, action oriented team player that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3-5 years commitment in this function as we are building and establishing a totally new function in AP
