We are looking for a pro-active and business-minded professional to be Operations Specialist (Guest Service) in MEGA Khimki!

At this position, we expect you to ensure daily-uninterrupted operation of property soft services within guest relations scope, to support Business Navigation & Operations manager in business navigation of the Centre.

Responsibilities:

· Assist BN&OM in general and commercial operations of the Property, ensuring best quality to enhance MEGA & IKEA brand value;
· Be responsible for performance and management of contractors within functional scope (guest service, might be extended / changed);
· Create employer’s requirements, scope of works, orders, enquiries, instructions, working maps, schemes, etc. and update upon necessity for services under direct responsibility;
· Ensure service quality by contractors under responsibility to ensure customer/ clients satisfaction in accordance with company standards within functional scope;
· Assist BN&OM in localization, implementation and follow-up of operational standards, strategies and procedures, develop local routines and procedures to enhance performance of the Center;
· Perform regular Property checks and IWAY audits to ensure appropriate level of performance;
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including permits, licenses, etc.) related to services within functional scope;
· Act as BN&OM and back-up specialists in parallel positions during their absence;
· Assist BN&OM in Property financial reporting, operational part of Business plan, operational costs budget, forecasting & follow-up;
· Participate in business negotiations with third party contractors;
· Support Hospitality development in the Center.
Requirements:

· University degree;
· 5-year experience in Property or Facility Management sphere (especially Hospitality Sphere)
· Experience of cooperation with guests / authorities with handling of conflict situations;
· Work experience on management position (at least 1 year) is a plus;
· Experience in real estate management or hospitality sphere is preferable;
· Presentation skills;
· English – Intermediate level and higher;
· Advanced PC user, high level of proficiency in MS Office applications. Conditions:

· Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00;
