YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
· Ensures freshness, maximizes sales, and minimizes waste by planning and ensuring proper production levels
· Plans, prepares, and maintains menu items following the IKEA Food concept according to specifications using approved ingredients and in accordance with health standards
· Confirms all food incidents or potential incidents are reported
· Cooperates with external service providers and health departments when needed
· Maintains recipes, proper product sheets, and cost calculations YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· 3 years leadership experience
· 1 year food service industry experience
· Certified, or ability to attain, local food handlers certificate

Additional Information :

HL4 Hours Level: 38-40 hours per week
