This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be hands-on in delivering True Hospitality in award-winning Chapman’s Restaurant and banquet environments, ensuring our guests expectations are exceeded. You will work collaboratively to achieve and build upon departmental goals and team capabilities, at all times championing IHGs values and vision.

You will need 2 years relevant experience (including experience in a leadership/supervisory role) and preferably have a qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality or similar, as well as a Manager's Certificate. You’ll be a motivated leader whose passion for hospitality is inspirational. Your innovative approach and commitment to delivering a superior guest experience will be essential as will your dedication to driving results.
