Your day to day

As Executive Assistant Manager, you’ll be working with the General Manager in making sure hotel operations are running smoothly. You will most likely be assigned in charge of one or multiple sections at any given time as required. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.You will ensure all practices are in line with voco™ hotels standards, policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

What we need from you

To be able to prepare the payroll and financial budgets for the department and to plan for the challenges related to technology and business trends. Provide directions to the Heads of departments on blind spots and assist them in achieving targets and acting as a liaison between ExCom members.
