Supervision of retail assistants, ensuring efficient checkout operation and cash office operation. Reconciling all store monies whilst correct procedures are followed with regards to company policy. Assist in the general running of the store including personnel and payroll administration.
Essential criteria: Excellent customer service/communication skills. Ability to work in a team (please clearly provide examples and dates achieved). Desirable criteria: Previous demonstrable retail experience, experience working within the grocery sector and previous demonstrable customer service experience. Must have 6 months duty manager/team leader experience.
