Purpose of Role

To coordinate and implement the detailed planning and creation of all Iceland cycle and phase point of sale requirements:

·  Understand the business and marketing priorities to be reflected in the creative POS briefs submitted to Studio to enable them to design in store theatre which delivers supporting brand and value messages to customers; both cyclical and tactical driven from overall Activity Plan
·  Manage day to day delivery of POS through HH partnership to ensure all relevant POS is delivered to stores within key dates mapped in critical paths created per campaign driven from overall Cycle Trading Calendar

Key Accountabilities

Coordinating all POS from initial design brief through to in-store implementation:

·  To submit design & print briefs, print and deliver all cycle / promotional change Iceland POS within the agreed critical path timescales as per live dates from Trading Calendar
·  Adhoc POS - To create timelines (ie. critical path), submit design & print briefs, print and deliver all tactical POS to deliver to store in time for specific live date as per Activity Plan
·  Create store communications relevant to POS including all Implementation guides via Retail Operations
·  Daily HH Status Meeting - Manage, record and circulate actions to ensure follow up
·  Manage process of Legal / Buying sign-off for all activity
·  Investigate and resolve any queries raised from stores and implement solution
·  Manage suppliers to meet deadlines required to ensure delivery to store
·  Administer purchase orders and credit requests to ensure robust financial management and reporting

Skills required:

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.
·  Well organised and able to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects.
·  Retail knowledge preferred.
