Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader- Front Office (Reservations) is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Team Leader in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader or 2 years work experience as Front Office Associates in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
