The Role

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to maintain the cleanliness standard of the hotels food and beverage operations

Day to Day

To ensure a clean and sanitary work environment within the Collins Kitchen. Assisting with the day to day operations of the department polishing glassware and helping to keep stock levels at par.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for?

·  Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene
·  1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable
·  Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment
·  Must be able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
