You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
You will be in charge of the beverage service at the Restaurant as well as the management oh the wine cellar and the organization of the Restaurant.
The Gastronomic Restaurant is open every day, at dinner.
Profil recherché
Ideally with a relevant degree in sommellerie, you had a first experience in an hotel/restaurant with the same standards.
