About Park Hyatt London River Thames 

Opening 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the ​Senior Sommelier​ role 

· Oversee the Wine programme at the hotel, in particular in the Wine & Tea Lounge
· Curate an extensive and diverse wine list that complements our culinary offerings and caters to the preferences of our guests
· Provide expert recommendations and guidance to guests on wine selection, ensuring an exceptional and memorable dining experience
· Manage wine inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising wines to maintain optimal quality
· Conduct regular wine tastings and educational sessions for colleagues and guests to enhance their understanding and appreciation of wine
· Collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop wine pairings for seasonal menus and special events.

About you 

Extensive knowledge of wine varietals with enthusiasm for ongoing learning and exploration within the field. Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel is highly desirable.
