You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
You will develop the MICE sales business for the cluster of 4 hotels.
To develop and be accountable for goals and tactics in assigned segment
To acquire, retain and develop selected customers.
To analyze sales activities and adapt the sales strategy regarding the statistics
Profil recherché
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in a global or regional sales office or on property (international hotel chain). Fluent english is required.
