We are looking for a Teamleader for our Restaurant La Cheminée.
La Cheminée serves light meals and snacks in a cozy, welcoming environment featuring plush couches and a fireplace. Afternoon tea is a cherished tradition at La Cheminée Paris with a selection of Nunshen teas, served alongside a variety of pastries and tartines.
La Cheminée Paris also serves breakfast, including pastries, freshly squeezed juices, and eggs cooked just how you like them. In the evening, stop by for a cocktail and a selection of light appetizers from our tapas menu. The team of the restaurant is also in charge of the Terrasse.
Until September 30th, we celebrate the return of summer days by welcoming the Panerai Yacht Club on La Terrasse. The Terrasse is decorated with materials such as teakwood, jute and nylon, and will be sublimated by candleholders in driftwood, marine ropes, pebbles and white flowers. Our Executive Chef, Jean-François Rouquette honors Italia and the Mediterranean Sea with a new and exclusive menu.
As a teamleader, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The teamleader is responsible to assist the Manager of the Restaurant in managing the restaurant as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
You will be in charge of the management of the team as well as service at the Restaurant.
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as teamleader in a hotel with good standards.

- Past experiences in team management
- Knowledge about alcohol and spirit
