About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for providing extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all event clients which in turn maximises hotel revenue and profitability. Are you organised and love to plan fun and exciting celebrations, with a passion for weddings and social events? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can deliver the Park Hyatt promise.

Some of the Responsibilities include:

· Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
· Keep a positive and professional relationship between Service, Kitchen and Event Sales and Planning
· Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during their event
· Ensure all associates provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

Desired profile



Qualifications :

·  Minimum of 2 years work experience within Event Planning/Sales environment focusing on Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events
·  At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role
·  A tertiary qualification is desired, preferably with a major in Sales and/or Marketing
·  You must be highly organised, maintain excellent attention to detail and retain strong relationship building skills with both external and internal customers
·  Excellent problem solving abilities, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
·  Previous experience with the software program, Envision will be advantageous
