As a Director of Food & Beverage you are responsible for the short and long term planning and the management of the food & beverage operations, achieve customer satisfaction and quality service targets and meeting / exceeding the financial goals of the division. The role involves managing all food & beverage operations of the hotel, including restaurants, bar, room service, catering and banquet operations.
You will be responsible to create new dining and service concepts, promotions as well as develop and execute marketing activities within a competitive market.
Proven track record of successfully managed F&B operation. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Senior F&B experience in the luxury segment. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
