Because we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie for our Breakfast Kitchen !

• Not just any chef; you are a Bluespoon Demi Chef de Partie who will work on development production and presentation of the Bluespoon a la carte breakfast items together with the team;
• A natural leader who has the ability to motivate and train those around him/her;
• Someone who is eager to do new suggestions for alternative pastry and dessert items and minimizing waste;
• By adding some personal flavor and touch, a Bluespoon Demi Chef de Partie will not back away from some administrative tasks and some interaction with our guests to exceed their expectations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

YOUR recipe to success:
• You have a minimum of 1 year work experience as Demi Chef de Partie or 2-3 years as Commis.
• You are, preferably, specialized in breakfast à la carte service, in a hotel or restaurant with good standards;
• ‘HACCP' is your middle name;
• You have a diploma in food production;
• Creativity, motivation and a hands-on mentality;
• An international state of mind;
• Good language and communication skills in English (and preferably in Dutch as well);
• You are eligible to live and work in the Netherlands, already holding an EU passport or valid work permit for the country.
