Ihre Aufgaben:

·  Sicherstellung aller Zahlungsprozesse im europäischen E-Commerce-Tagesgeschäft
·  Durchführung bereichsübergreifender Projekte rund um das Thema Zahlungsverkehr und Abwicklung (z. B. bei Einführung neuer Zahlarten oder Länder)
·  Aufnahme fachlicher Anforderungen, z. B. in Form von Lastenheften, sowie Planung und Durchführung von Testszenarien
·  Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit externen Geschäftspartnern
·  Optimierung der Prozesse sowie der operativen Arbeits- und Systemabläufe im Bereich Payment
·  Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Finance, Fraud und IT
·  2nd Level Support bei zahlungsbezogenen Kundenanfragen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

·  Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise in einem der Fachbereiche Wirtschaftswissenschaften, E-Commerce oder Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik
·  2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce und / oder Payment
·  Gute Kenntnisse im Online Payment / Zahlungsverkehr von Vorteil
·  Gutes Prozessverständnis
·  Strukturierter, pragmatischer und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
·  Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an komplexen Sachverhalten
·  Exzellente MS-Office Kenntnisse
·  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
