ROLE PURPOSE
Product Control Valuation is part of Global Product Control. Global Product Control undertakes four main activities: Valuations, Global Valuation Reporting, Quantitative Analysis and Quantitative Infrastructure Development.
The Role is within the Product Control Valuations team. The Valuations team is responsible for Independent Price Verification (IPV), Fair Value Adjustments (FVA) and Prudent Valuation Adjustments (PVA) in Paris, London and Krakow.
Specifically the role is part of the Global FX Valuation team. The person will be managing processes and projects around FX Options, FX Cash and Commodities products.

· Lead Analyst for a key GFX projets
· Liaise with GFX team lead to provide the support the lead needs
· Be proactive in understanding the products and models used in GFX
· Work with Quantitative team and traders to improve existing tools and methodologies
· Assist in closing Model Review points and Audit points
· Understand and make sure that the new products designed by the desk feat the valuation framework
· Liaise with key stakeholders in Front Office, Risk and Finance in order to drive projects forward
· Work closely with Independent Model Review team to deliver very good understanding of the Valuation models and very good understanding of the reviews on Valuation models
· Work to deliver product control objectives on quality, efficiency, adaptability and sustainability through streamlining the processes across London, Paris and Krakow.
· Provide cover for some of the Valuation Control team members
· Contribute to internal projects to streamline and automate production
· Preparation of appropriate Management Information for the tracking workstreams progress
· Build relationships with key stakeholders including other Product Control Functions, IT, Front Office, Group Finance, Market Risk Management and Credit Risk Management.

Specialized in Mathematics, statistics

Proven experience in a field requiring numerical proficiency.
