We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior UX Designer

We're looking for a passionate and skilled senior UX designer to join our creative and fast-moving design team. You'll work with other expert UX and UI designers, animators, copywriters, developers and researchers building and improving Kinetic, an innovative financial app for iOS and Android

In this role, you will:

Own your own end-to-end user journeys

·
Follow and advocating a user-centred design approach

·
Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, flows, and prototypes all to our high creative and technical standards

·
Challenge the process and offer your expert opinion when appropriate

·
Identify areas of improvement, recommending solutions, researching topics and testing opportunities

·
Conduct ideation workshops

·
Help with research and usability testing

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· 
Have a background working as a UX Designer, open on industry but working in financial services is an advantage but not essential

· 
Have experience using design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Invision, and Principle

· 
Can clearly and effectively articulate your design decisions, using appropriate reasoning to support them.

· 
Have experience working in an Agile environment

· 
Always put users first

· 
Are familiar with iOS and Android guidelines

· 
have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to problem solve.
