We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

​​1. To perform all counter transactions

2. To balance cash position at regular internals and total cash in hand after closing against workstation and cash vouchers.

3. To maintain and follow up corporate account opening and maintenance, process RMB/FCY payment and communicate with customer for follow up actions.

4.To handle customer queries courteously, and ensure customers are served without any kind of complain and dissatisfaction.

5.Timely distribute instructions to respective processing teams for further handling.

6.Contribute to branch business development by support business frontline. Team work and interpersonal skills improvement.

7. Back up / swat support other position if required.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​​1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.Good command of written and spoken English, spoken Cantonese preferred;

3.Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;

4.Strong communication skills and problem solving skills;

5.Commitment to service and sales;

6.Good character, positive and motivated, can work under pressure.
