Principal responsibilities

· To assist Manager to develop cooperation channels of consumer assets business in accordance to the Bank's lending policies and guidelines.
· To contact the external channel to collect materials and prepare the proposal.
· To collect market information regarding real estate and distribute to the frontline. To submit market research report and information of competitors, make proper suggestion and recommendation on improvement of work procedures.
· To liaise with Mainland branch colleagues and external cooperation channels to help resolve their problems and requirements. And to work closely with internal counterparts to ensure the Consumer Assets business workflow in the assigned area is efficiently and effectively.
· To compile Mainland Consumer Assets related reports and statistics, and conduct primary analysis and to recommend corresponding measures for enhancement to comply with the market/business need.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Knowledge of Mainland Consumer Assets market and operations.
·  Sense of responsibility, sensitive and strong analytical skills on Consumer Assets market.
·  Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing and major PC software applications.
·  Good command of written and spoken English.
