Consumer Assets – Secured Loans

Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Sales Development and Support Officer.

Principal responsibilities

· Provide administration support and customer service at mortgage centre
· Participate in other ad hoc assignments

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Diploma or above in related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
·  Minimum 2 years' banking experience, with exposure to mortgage loan and customer service an advantage
·  Strong self-motivation and attentiveness to detail, with good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Good knowledge of PC application software
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
