We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. Job holder shall manage the sales quality control for Cards and Loans Mobile Sales Force (MSF). provide assurance that HSBC's customers are treated fairly and are recommended products that are suitable for their needs and appetite for risk

2. The Sales Quality function should ensure that sales are conducted and documented in line with HSBC policies and procedures as well as being compliant with respect to both local and external regulators, current legislation, Compliance and Departmental procedures

3. Work closely with team members to monitor and analyze implementation process on a series of MSF controls and management.

4. Provide internal supporting via data analysis.

5. Success in this role will be dependent on the role holder's ability to work closely with the key stakeholders, locally and at global level. The individual will monitor and review implementation progress on a series of Sales controls aspects and provide regular updates and support to sales managers in understanding these.

6. The job holder also should maintain HSBC internal control standards as well as Group Compliance Policy and operational risk control to minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

7. Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. 2-5 years' related working experience on sales controls of retail banking , preferred experience in Quality Assurance, surveillance, KPI, data .

3. Preferable in Retail Banking with knowledge and experience on Credit Cards and Personal Loans.

4. Strong programming skills in EXCEL/ACCESS and experience of working with data analysis

5. Strong interpersonal skills, with self-motivated attitude.

6. Good command of English and Mandarin with the ability to read , write and converse.
