We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Risk Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you'll be part of a brand new team and will materially shape how this new enterprise will function

·
Play a leading role in developing our risk policies and procedures

·
Support development of credit models working with data analysts, and develop portfolio risk controls

·
Create a risk environment that supports safe and rapid growth

·
Proactively engage and work alongside regulators across multiple jurisdictions

·
Developing a detailed understanding of every aspect of business products

·
Whatever it takes to make this business a success

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Solid experience in banking, risk management, tech startup, or other relevant environment

· 
Experience identifying and managing a broad range of risks

· 
Expertise in Hong Kong's regulatory environment, Commercial lending, credit assessment or credit modelling, Financial crime risk mitigation, Operational and project risk management, information technology and system risk management, Data analytics

· 
Experience of securities or insurance regulation, retail credit, international trade or trade finance, or small business would be an advantage

· 
Excellent communication skills and experience of influencing a broad range of decision makers and stakeholders

· 
An ability to work in a startup environment and to work with external and internal teams

· 
Excellent business judgment and interpersonal skills

· 
An ability to work with detail and proactively find ways to manage complex risks

· 
Ability to work in extremely fast-paced environment, collaboratively, and autonomously
