Role:Project Coordinator
Location :Pune
Project Management Office
Responsibilities for supporting the Project & Programme Management Office Team include:
Responsibilities will include:
· Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
·
Drive Project Management Office initiatives and define best practices from lesson learnt, and/or inputs form Project Managers and Technical Project Managers.
·
Carry out assurance reviews and prepare portfolio level reporting.
· Support implementation of the quality strategy, including any processes and templates, across all projects
· Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
· Liaise with staff in other wider GTRF & CMB PMOs so that standards are implemented consistently across GTRF.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
· Good understanding of project management, including status, financial and resource management
·
Good knowledge of Clarity, GPDM, and Cognos preferred. Proficient in MS Excel
· Good problem-solving and analytical skills
· Willingness to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders with differing views to help drive forward strategy
· Ability to work with a wide range of different customers and cultures
· Self-starter, with a desire to own a problem until successful solution is found
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
