Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Human Resources Analyst .

Principal responsibilities
· Provides administrative support to Human Resources and line managers to ensure employee relations risk is managed effectively. And also to ensure grievances and disputes are successfully resolved.
· Regular update and maintenance of employee and labour relations records database, including show cause memos, disciplinary actions and minutes of clarificatory meetings.
· Provides administrative support for the execution of Employee Relations interventions with line management and union representatives. Embraces HSBC's values in day to day behaviours and decision making. Be aware of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal or external auditors and external regulators.
· Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy

Requirements
·  Excellent communication, presentation and interaction skills with confidence
·  Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
·  Good command of written and spoken English and local languages
·  Ability in managing multiple stakeholders and providing administrative support to ensure timely and effective implementation on employee relations initiatives.
