Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.

-Report to: VP HR Service Delivery

Role Summary
-Support, handle and work with payroll vendor on payroll/tax related operations for local entities (smaller to larger scale entities, 50/80/2,000 employees respectively)
-Maintain HR System data and ensure data accuracy with good quality; manage/execute key HR processes, including but not limited to probation, progressions, separation, etc.
-Handle social insurance administration, execute global/local benefits program administration and expense claims, etc
-Manage employee documentation physically and electronically; Provision data for auditors, including physical file extractions, generate reporting, etc
-Support HR Contact Center queries from employees and managers
-Handle HR operations work, support adhoc requests.

Information

-Education: Bachelor degree or above
-Skills: Advanced Excel, knowledge of Global HR system (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft),
-Being flexible to assigned tasks and dynamic on changes
-Some experiences in accounting firm/HR and accounting operations
-Attention to details and problem solving skills, and customer service enthusiasm
-Good command in English
