We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate, Wealth Sales .

Principal responsibilities

· Wealth Sales, servicing Private Banking and Retail banks on Global Market products with a focus on Structured Products.
· This role will be focusing on the sales and marketing of Wealth related products, closely working with the Traders and Structurers and provide pricing and execution service to our clients.
· Ownership of the growth of revenue for clients in the Strategic and Focus service tier.
· Ensure effective communication and understanding of the strategic transformation agenda across key stakeholder groups at a global, regional and country level.
· Support the growth of the execution capability of the business to ensure delivery of initiatives.
· Maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment, understand audit, tax and legal implications and changes as they affect the customers and the Bank.

Requirements

·  Experienced Sales Coverage of Institutional Clients
·  Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaker
·  Significant sales experience in a markets function. Level of experience to be commensurate with the role band.
·  Analytical aptitude in accordance with demands of the role, size of the organization, business knowledge process, compliance or risk nature of the function, intensity and diversity of change, competitive landscape for resources
·  Good understanding of the Private Banking business, its products, clients, systems and key processes
·  Good understanding of Derivatives knowledge, covering foreign exchange instruments Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and Futures, equity derivatives and interest rate derivatives and an ability to understand and manage a diverse and sometimes complex, product set, with experience in event driven transactions
·  Hold relevant exams and qualifications to satisfy local market regulations for non advisory sales and trading activities
·  Ability to construct and execute a business plan
·  Ability to translate market needs into marketable solutions for clients
