Principal responsibilities
· To provide a consistently satisfied & accurate customer service over phone to the bank's potential/existing customers
· Well handling general enquiries and providing adequate/suitable banking products/solutions
· To proactively acquire potential customers for all sales departments via various sales referral generating activities in way of inbound enquiry / cross-selling and outbound telesales program
· To comply with all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply
· Adapt to shift arrangement
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· College education and above
· 1 year customer services related working experience
· PC Knowledge especially in spreadsheet reports, HUB, CTW/OBO
· Fluent Spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
· A pleasant sounding voice, logical thinking and presentation
· Solid phone service/selling skill and proactive working attitude will be a must
