We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. To support rapid volume growth and expansion of the Group's distribution channels in China while to implement strong regulatory control, which deviate a lot among different local entities. It is imperative for effective liaison and communication with the customer groups, legal and compliance and the other supporting functions for maintaining the optimal balance for efficient delivery of credit services within the highly regulatory business environment.

2. Flexible knowledge in legal document compilation, all-round basic knowledge in end-to-end processes in credit service, including security document and loan operation, and risk and compliance awareness.

3. To help manage the inherent risk due to legal knowledge improficiency, inexperienced staff and complexity of the products and documentations while ensuring a stable high quality service level.

4. To help manage the rapidly changing regulatory environment, imposing the need for constant revision and improvement of the procedures and practice.

5. To constantly communicate with internal and external customers, LGA, Risk, CMP and other functions to discover risk areas and solve problems due to the complexity of products and high demanding customers, and then drive the team to follow the guidance from management.

6. To drive the team's professionalism to provide FOL solutions to high demanding corporate customers.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state), preferably in finance, economics, legal
- Above 3 years solid working experience in credit services related area, preferably with solid working experience as a team leader in credit services area
- Familiar with credit related processes including security checking, loan operation, etc, as well as credit related internal and external systems (i.e. HUB, PBOC CIS, SAFE UPRR, etc)
- Self-motivated individual with problem solving skills; and able to work with good level of independency;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English
