Global Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC's worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. Global Asset Management fulfills its purpose of connecting HSBC's clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Analyst .

Principal responsibilities
· The Performance and Reporting Change Business Analyst plays a key change role within the Performance and Reporting function.
· The incumbent will act as a work stream lead on several key change initiatives, providing input to local and global projects approach and solution design, as well as delivering primary business analysis and management of core tasks.
· Industrialization and streamlining of fixed income analytics and attribution in collaboration with the Global team
· Re implementation of core Performance and Reporting platforms to new data services
· Implementation of new operating models, and development of local products and processes
· Design and implementation of efficient methods for results and report dissemination
· Support for infrastructural change as it impacts the local performance and client reporting function
· Management of tactical solutions as required to support business requirements
· Conduct business analysis, organize user acceptance testing, monitor migration planning for the business and Asian region when relevant, and design and implement efficient methods for results and report dissemination.

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Broad and deep level of functional experience within the Asset Management industry.
·  Solid Business experience is required. An Information Technology background will be an advantage.
·  Capacity to write proper documents such as operating model or procedures as well as Test cases definitions and all other users acceptance protocols.
·  Projects management skills
·  Comfortable with Data management concepts, systems implementation or changes as well as performances mechanisms.
·  Finance and or Mathematics degrees
·  The incumbent will need to have solid communication or coordination skills and able to understand complex cases which can involve people for different horizons or countries
·  Significant experience in Finance Performances or Reporting and project management
