Banking Operations Officer

Banking Operations, supporting account opening services, including customer due diligence and ongoing account maintenance. You will work closely with our branch staff, relationship managers, product owners and IT teams. You will be developed with skills and mindset for process ownership, quality and risk management, high performance coaching, adaptive operating model and effective cost management.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Banking Operations Officer.

Principal responsibilities

· Provide back office support to Private Banking and Wealth Management Business
· Prepare MI reports for financial and regulatory reporting / management review
· Monitor offshore production progress and offshore output quality
· Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
· Participate in the development, testing and implementation of relevant system enhancements
· Recommend and implement solutions on operations issues including procedures, systems design and user acceptance test (UAT)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree / Associated degree / Diploma in any discipline
·  Knowledge in banking practices and customer due diligence
·  Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to work collaboratively as a team
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong computer skills preferred
·  Fresh graduates will also be considered
